dplay http

Startup sequence:

text
repository
→ virtualenv
→ config
→ environment encryption
→ Redis flush
→ static collection
→ Celery worker + beat
→ Celery readiness wait
→ existing Django server stop
→ browser
→ runserver

dplay ssl

Starts the HTTPS development server.

It performs the HTTP startup sequence plus certificate validation/generation and launches Django with runserver_plus.

dplay worker

Starts the Celery worker in the foreground.

The command uses the active virtualenv Python executable and the configured DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE.

dplay certs

Force-regenerates local TLS certificates using the current configuration.

dplay logs

Streams application logs.

bash
dplay logs
dplay logs users
dplay logs mailer --level ERROR
dplay logs django --no-follow -n 100

dplay system doctor

Runs:

  • Python version check
  • Redis reachability check
  • PostgreSQL reachability check
  • Celery executable check

dplay system reset

Stops Celery worker/beat processes and flushes Redis.

This is a destructive development-environment operation because redis-cli flushall removes all data from the selected Redis instance. Do not run it against production Redis.
