# Development Workflow

## 1. Activate the virtual environment

```bash
source .venv/bin/activate
```

## 2. Validate the environment

```bash
dplay system doctor
```

## 3. Start development

HTTP:

```bash
dplay http
```

HTTPS:

```bash
dplay ssl
```

## 4. Watch logs

```bash
dplay logs
```

Or select an application:

```bash
dplay logs users
```

## 5. Work with Celery directly

```bash
dplay worker
```

Use this when foreground Celery output is useful for debugging.

## 6. Repair local certificates

```bash
dplay certs
dplay ssl
```

## 7. Reset development services

```bash
dplay system reset
```

Only use reset when flushing the configured Redis instance is safe.
